Champ Car organisers modify pit stop rules.

The Champ Car World Series has announced that it has modifie🗹d its mandatory pit-stop rules with immediate effect.

A single mandatory pit stop, made under green or yellow flag cond🦩itions, is now required within a specified race lap window during all Champ Car World Series 💫events.

The one stop, d⛦uring which the car must take fuel and four tyrꦗes, will be the only mandatory stop during Champ Car races.

The pit window, designed to eliminate fuel economy races, 🦋wilꦜl vary from race to race and will be announced prior to the event by Champ Car Race Operations.

The one stop, during whiꦜch the car must take fuel and four t𓆏yres, will be the only mandatory stop during Champ Car races.

The pit window, designed to eliminate fuel economy races, will vary from race to race and will be announced prior to the event by Champ Car Race O൩perations.

🌌Failure to pit during the specified window will result in a one-lap ༺penalty to be assessed at the conclusion of the race.

The rule will go into effect with this 🌠weekend's Centrix Financial Gr♐and Prix of Denver, round nine of the 2004 season.
