Former Moto3 world champion Danny Kent will m𒀰ake his comeback in the Bennetts British Superbike Championship with MV Agusta Paramatta.

The British rider, who made his BSB debut at the final round of the 2018 campaign with Halsall Racing, will re-join the grid from the Snetterton round onwards with a team run by Jap4performance and MV Agu♑sta Paramatta Australia.

Kent and the team will enjoy some initial testing to prepare for BSB as part of its 2019 programme, using former champion Leon Camier’s 2016 MV Agusta F4 RC in BSB sp♛ecification, aꦦhead of a full-season programme in 2020 with support from MV Agusta Reparto Corse.

“I want to thank everybody in the team for the opportunit🐻y,” Kent said. “I didn’t think anything would come around this year after an opportunity I thought I woul𒉰d have didn’t happen.

“Now it’s time to get strong, get some testing done and look forward to Snetterton w✨here I’ve not been since 2006 I can’t wait to get out on the MV Agusta F4 RC.”

Team bos🌸s Dave Tyson is r𓆏elishing the challenge seeing MV Agusta in BSB and is confident the programme can build into success.

“We have been working hard to get MV Agusta back on the grid in the Superbike class and it has now all come togeth🎃er,” Tyson said. “We know the bike is cᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚompetitive and has had some great results in the World Championship up against the other factories.

“We are now working to turn the bike into BSB spec and get some testing done ℱso we are ready for Snetterton.
