Chrissy Rouse will officially take part in his first full BSB season in 2022 after signing with Crowe Performanc🔜e BMW. 

Rouse will link-up with the same team that hel꧑ped power him to the 2020 Pirelli National Superstock 1🌃000 title. 

The Newcastle-born rider will also take part in his first season🔯 aboard the M 1000 RR which goes into its second season of BSB racing. The 2022 season won’t mark Rouse’ first appearance in the world’s lead🌳ing domestic championship after he competed in several BSB races back in 2018. 

Speaking ahead of next month’s first pre-season test, Rouse added: "We ꦬare going to be running a very similar set-up to what we had in 2020, with our own team r💟unning a Crowe Performance BMW. 

"I know it i🧸s going to be a huge commitment but I’m꧂ really excited and both mine and the team’s aim this year is to just get stuck in and do our best. 

"I’m under no illusions and know this is going to be 💃a massive step-up for𒅌 all of us. We have lots of things still to get sorted out before the first round but I’m confident we are in a good position. 

"Although we don’t have a title sponsor, we h🐭ave a consortium of loyal original personal sponsors along with some new partners coming on board, more of which we plan to reveal in the coming weeks."

While Rouse makes the step-up to BSB with BMW, Leon Jeacock will do the same with Suzuki for what is a꧃lso his rookie season. 

Unlike Rouse, Jaecock has never raced in BSB before, while the Specsavers S꧟uzuki te꧃am will also be making the step up to British Superbike after debuting in last year’s Superstock Championship.

"It’s a great privilege to be stepping up to BSB," added Jeacock. "After startingꦦ out in 2011 in the National Superstock 600 Championship, my one goal was always to compete in the Superbike class, so to finally get a chance is amazing.

"I have to 𓃲thank Specsavers for this opportunity. I have been a test rider for Buildbase Suzuki for some years and work full-time for them, so I always found 💧previously that testing the Superbike and then jumping back onto the Superstock at each meeting was hard. 

"To be able to concentrate on one bike for the se🍸ason is going to be amazing.

"I’m putting in the work behind the scenes with🅷 training and nutrition support from Loughborough University and I will be 💧in my best shape ready for the season."
