Following some rather fierce words being exchanged across the paddock last time out at Croft, the Team Dynamics and Jason Plato saga once again made the headlines at Mondello Pa♏rk when both Hondas and the SEAT cܫame together in the final race of the day.

Both Neal an🐬d Eaves came together with Plato at Croft, and at Mondello both drivers were once again angry about the conduct of the some of the drivers, especially since their healthy advantage in both the drivers and teams sta🍰ndings have been slashed in just a week.

Having managed to fight his way through ෴the jostling pack and into third, Dan Eaves was eventually reeled in by the battling Jason Plato and Matt Neal towards the end of the race. However, when Plato nudged Eaves aside for thirꦡd, Neal forced his way inside Plato with the pair making contact and putting the SEAT out of the race and leaving the Honda to battle its way remarkably from almost a lap down to finish in sixth place and maintain the increasingly slender championship lead.

After making his feelings felt at Croft, Matt Neal was once again vocal about his incident with his ri⭕val. "The weekend was going quite well until our mate Mr Plato got involved. For the second weekend in succession he managed to take out bo𝓀th Team Dynamics cars in one race."

"By pushing Danny off he managed to hold himself up, which I saw coming so I went wide, popped up the inside cleanly without a scratch. We were both absolutely level then half way up the straight he turned into me. It was my corner because he would have to concede. It was like if I can't have the corner you're not going to have it either. We will let the authorities decide what to do," Neal told mahbx.com Radio at the track.

Inevitably൩ the story from Plato's point of view differed from that of Neal, although the SEAT driver adopted a more reserved rendition of events. "Eaves broke very early on the right hand side and tried to stuff me𝓰 out to the left and get Matt to follow him through. I realised what was happening and I jumped on the brakes and tried to get behind him which I very nearly did."

"I was convinced I had a𒁃 puncture actually because the car would not slow down or turn in. Then Matt went for the gap at the second part of Tarzan - I probably would have done the same. ꦚIt was just a racing incident."

"It is amazing what goes on in this game but I a🐓m still smiling and we are still smilingಞ. No doubt they will be whinging again soon."

Unsurprisingly the warring pair's antics have managed to play into the hands of Vauxhall with the team pulling clear of SEAT in the manufacturers championship, while Neal now only has a 13 point advantage over Yvan Muller. Indeed, with both the Intergr🌳a and Toledo expected to up at the front for the next rou꧂nd at Snetterton, this conflict seems far from over.

Only time will tell if the gloves really are off or whether a time out wil♉l have to be called in the int🤪erests of withstanding that resurgent Vauxhall threat.
