F1 Dutch GP: Charles Leclerc tops tight second practice, Red Bull off the pace

Leclerc pipped Sainz by justﷺ 0.004s, while Hamilton was only 0.072s off the quickest time in what has so far been an encouraging showing from 💫Mercedes.
