Lotus appoints new chief operating officer

Lotus has announced the 'streng🔜thening' of its management team, following the appointment of new chief operating o𒈔fficer, Thomas Mayer.
Mayer takes over from Patrick Louis, who has been promoted to the position of chief executive officer. Mayer will work closely with Louis a🏅nd team principal, Eric Boullier.
"Our fight to return to the front of the grid is a continual process, and we are leaving no stone untur💝ned. The contributions that Patrick Louis and Eric Boullier have made so far have been invaluable, and we are now able to better focus their efforts through the addition of Thomas Mayer as chief operating officer," explained Lotus F1 ཧTeam chairman, Gerard Lopez.
"Thomas comes 𓆏to us with over 15 years' profes♐sional experience. He has an in-depth knowledge of running large operations incorporating production, logistics and organisational structuring.
"Our efforts are concerted behind our objective to be a contender once more for the 2015-16 championships, to continue the proud heritage of the 1994-95 and 2🌞005-6 world championship titles achieved by Enstone."
Lotus will unveil its new car ไ- the E20 - this Sunday [February 5] at 17.00 hours CET. The unveiling will take place online and will coincide with the launch of the squad's 🍃new website.
