2013 Toro Rosso 'totally different'

Daniel Ricciardo has saꦡid that the new Toro Rosso🐼 F1 challenger is a totally different machine to the one it will replace.
The Faenza-based team endured a di☂fficult season in 2012 as both Ricciardo and Jean-Eric Vergne struggled to get the best from the STR0😼7, which meant the team ended the campaign down in ninth in the championship with just 26 points.
Both drivers have however been retained for the 2013 campaign, when the team will hope to benefit from the input of new technical director James Key, ꦛandဣ Ricciardo admitted that the STR08 had undergone numerous changes to help the Italian squad move forwards.
"I have already seen the new car," he told Autosprint. "When you examine it more closely, it is very dif🐼ferent to the old one.
"I believe that it ♔is better. In any case, it's not one of those cars that looks a total copy of the [previous] one, as though nothing ♔has changed."
The Australian also admitted that he was well aware of the need to ꦇimprove his results on track if he wants to🔜 realise his potential.
"I'm aware of that, and I know that my targets in 2013 will have to be more ambitious," he said. "My Achilles 💮heel is that this🌊 year, in the first part of the season, I wasn't aggressive enough in the races. In some aspects I was the opposite of Grosjean."
