Williams has announced a number of engineering changes in the lead up to the start of the 2014 F1 se🎃ason.

Jakob Andreasen has joined from Force India to fill the role of Head of Engineering Operations 🎉and will work under Chief Technical Office⭕r Pat Symonds, while Craig Wilson and Rod Nelson will act as Head of Vehicle Dynamics and Chief Test and Support Engineer.

Wilson rejoins the te𝔍am from Mercedes, while Nelson makes the switc♐h to the Grove-based outfit from Lotus.

Internally, Max Nightingale has been promoted to the position of Head of Vehiclꦦe Sci𝐆ence.

"Williams is determined to make strong improvements in our competi♔tiveness over the coming seasons and these new appointments continue our aggressive approach in recruiting some of the sport's best talent," Symonds said. "We are also committed to allowing our existing talent to grow and showcase their skills in senior leadership roles.

"Our engineering team for the comin🎉g season is looking strong and I♏'m excited about what we can achieve moving forwards."
