Jordan King gets Manor F1 development role
Jordan King will assume a role of development driver for the Ma🍬nor F1 tea𝓰m alongside his commitments in the GP2 Series.
Thꦉe Englishman, whose father Justin King is in🐽volved in the revival of the Manor F1 outfit, was announced ahead of Manor's return to F1 competition at the Australian Grand Prix this weekend.
The team, which missed the final three races of the 2014 F1 championship after slipping into administration, has🥃 been saved by a series of investors, including Justin King, who has been appoin🥂ted interim team chairman.
His son, meanwhile, steps up to the GP2 Series from the European F3 Championship with Racing Engineerin🌞g, though it isn't clear whether the development role will include reserve driver status.
