Force India has announced that it will race 🌸🐎in a revised pink, magenta and silver livery for the 2017 Formula 1 season after signing a partnership agreement with water technology company BWT.

Force India launched the VJM10 in its traditional black, orange and silver colours ahead of pre-season testing in Barcelon🍌a, where race drivers Sergio Perez and Esteban Ocon both enjoyed extensive running behind the wheel.

A switch to a pink livery had been rumoured for 2017, but the news was made official on Tuesday when Force India anno🔯unced the partnership with BWT.

"The VJM10 will race in pink, magenta and silver to mark the beginning of a long-term relationship with the Austrian-headquartered water brand," Force India confirmed in a statement. "The new colours will make🔥 their debut at the season-opening Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne."

"The arrival of BWT in Formula One is huge news and represents one of the most❀ significant partnerships in our ten year history," Force India owner Vijay Mallya said.

"It'ಞs a sign of how far we have come as a team with our strong results and completes a solid commercial performance over the winter. For 2017 our cars will sport a vibrant new colour scheme with a smart matte finish. Changing the colour of our cars is an indication of the strength of this new partnership and a real statement of intent from BWT as they begin their relationship with the sport of Formula One."

Though new to F1, BWT has become a recognisable sponsor in motorsport, most notably sponsoring a 🦄Mercedes C-Coupe 𒆙in the DTM, where Ocon competed before stepping up to F1.
