More Malaysians to follow Yoong into F1?

European-Minardi driver Alex Yoong might not be the only Malaysian driver in F1 in 2002✃ if Malaysian sports minister Datuk Hishamuddin Hussein gets his way.

In an article published in the New Straits Times he admitted that he also hopes to get 🔯Fairuz Fauzy a testing contract for 2002.

He said: "If Fairuz is as good as I he🌺ar he is, then maybe he deservesꦍ to test with Minardi next year."

"Now that Alex (Yoong) is with𒁃 the team, I think I should start to help Fairuz pursue his career as well. I think I should try to help Fairuz, and also Saladin next year."
