Heidfeld does 'great job' on Williams test debut.
Nick Heidfeld was given the thumbs up yesterday [Wednesday] following his test debut with the BMW WilliamsF1 a🦋t Jere☂z, in Spain.
Williams' technical director, Sam Michael stated that he did a 'great jo💖b'.
Heidfeld, who was getting his first outing in the FW26, completed 101 laps, his best a 1 minute 22.728 seconds, around 2.8 seconds slower than Mark Webber, who was also on track, in the other FW26. With weatജher conditions changeable however, it meant the times were meaningless.

"Even though the weath☂er was mainly wet today, we completed a combined total of 917🍌kms on the two FW26C interim cars, which is a good achievement at such an early stage with the new rear end," Sam Michael told the BMW WilliamsF1 team's official website.
"Mark worked on wet tyre testing forꦉ Michelin, ♓electronics and reliability running.
"He was ꩲjoined today by Nick Heidfeld who did a great job in the other car and also did some work on traction control. Tomorrow, Antonio [Pizzonia] is driving again with Nick."
Heidfeld is currently trying to secure th🌼e race seat alongside Webber for 2005, however Antonio Pizzonia is considered 🌸the favourite, and as such, Nick may have to settle on a test role or look elsewhere - may be Red Bull Racing or Jordan, with whom he raced in 2004.
