"I won't say I've got them all," Walker admitted in an interview with mahbx.com. "I wish I had - but I do have a great row of them going back to about 1975 up to now. As I have repeatedly said to people, I think it's an absolutely faꦐntastic publication - it's my motorsport bible, particularly in terms of Formula 1.
"I was very distressed when Richard Poulter pulled out and it was taken over by someone else who didn't do it as well, but now that Bryn [Williams - Crash Media Gr🍬oup managing director] and all the rest of the guys are doing it, it's more than🌜 back to its old standard and I think it's a great publication."
Indeed, so much of a fan is Walker of Autocourse that this year the 85-year-old has contributed a testimonial to it, stating: 'If I could only buy one book a year it would be Autocourse. For comprehensive coverage of the season, stunning pictures and sheer enjoyment i༺t has no equal. It is my motorsport bible.'
One of the most eagerly-anticipated features of Autocourse is Henry's 'Top Ten Drivers'. Over the decades such F1 greats as Michael Schumacher, Fernando Alonso, Alain Prost, Ayrton Senna, Nelson Piqu🌳et, Nigel Mansell, Damon Hill, Alan Jones, Niki Lauda, Emeꦫrson Fittipaldi, Sir Jackie Stewart, Jim Clark and - last year - Lewis Hamilton amongst others have occupied the coveted number one position.
