Pirelli has confirmed its tyre choices for the United States Grand Prix in October, supplying teams with the Soft, Supersoft and Ultrasoft compounds for the race at the Circuit of The Amඣericas in Austin, Texas.

Fourteen weeks out from the fourth-from-last round of the season, F1's tyre supplier locked in its tyre choices, but opted against making a s♚tep in its selection.

COTA is known to be tough on tyres, prompting Pirelli to opt against choosing its softest tyre, the Hypersoft, for the race weekend. The tyre selection mirrors that from last year's race when Pirelli also took the Soft, Supersoft and U🍸ltrasofts to Austin. Lewis Hamilton won last year's race on a one-stop strategy.

Confirmaﷺtion of this tyre selection by Pirelli means only the final three races of the year - Mexico, Brazil and Abu Dhabi - are still to be confirmed.
