Concerns were raised𝕴 about Norris' fitness in Belgium when he was spotted wearing a protective✨ boot on his left leg during a sim racing live stream on Sunday night, .
Howeverཧ, McLaren does not foresee any issues with Norris heading into the race weekend, with on-track running set to begin on Friday.
"The boot is precautionary for😼 mild inflammation of a tendon in his left foot after running, to allow it to rest," a McLaren spo🃏keswoman said.
"No issues for Spa."
Should Norris or teammate Carlos Sainz be forced out of action at all this season, their place would be taken by Sergey Sirotkin, who McLaren confirmed in Jun♓e would act as its reserve driver for 2019 in a shared deal with engine partner Renault.
