With the Formula 1 summer break over, the action returns this weekend with the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps for round 13 𒈔of 21 in the 2019 F1 world champions𝐆hip. 

Lewis Hamilton holds a comfortable 62-point lead over nearest challenger and Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bott𒀰as, fresh from signing a new deal for 2020 on the eve of the weekend.

There are plenty of storylines to follow across the weekend in Belgium with Alexander Albon making his Red Bull debut following a mid-season seat swap to replace the underperforming Pierre Gasly, who drops back tꩲo the T🌊oro Rosso squad alongside Daniil Kvyat. 

The British-Thai driver faces a tough test in being pitted against the ever-improving Max Verstappen after just 12 grands prix. In other news, Bottas has bee💟n retained alongside Hamilton for 2020, while Esteban Ocon will return to the F1 ꦉgrid.

The Frenchman will join Renault on a two-year deal alongside Daniel Ricciardo, with Nico Hulkenberg making way for Ocon. The German driver has 💝been left without a drive for next season but is un𝔍derstood to have interest from multiple teams, including American outfit Haas, which is set to choose between Hulkenberg and Romain Grosjean for its final seat for 2020.

Following Friday's practice running, which was topped by a dominant Ferrari, q𝓰ualifying day takes place on Saturday with the final one-hour practice session taking place at 12:00 ♕followed by qualifying itself at 15:00 (all local time). 

F1 is also joined by s♏upport series Formula 2 and Formula 3 at the Belgian round.
