McLaren F1 driver Carlos Sainz tests negative for coronavirus
McLaren Formula 1 driver Carlos Sainz has confirmed he has tested negative for coronavirus🌌.
The Spaniard is currently taking part in a voluntary quaran💞tine period as a precautionary measure after a member of the McLaren F1 crew contracted COVID-19 at the Australian Grand Prix.
Despite testing negative for the flu-like vir🐠us, Sainz will continue with his current self-isolation, ♛which he admitted to being “a bit bored” of earlier on Tuesday.

Despite testing negative for the flu-like virus, Sainz wil🦩l continue with his current self-isolation, which he admitted to being “a bit bored” of earlier on Tuesday.
McLaren withdrew from the season-opener in Australia following an outbreak of co✱ronavirus in the Melbourne paddock, which ultimately resulted in the race being calle𓂃d off.
“After what happene🐻d in Australia, I needed to do the COVID-19 test and I am very happy because the results are negative,” Sainz said on Instagram.
“In rea🍌lity it won’t change𓃲 much, because I will continue in quarantine.”
Earlier this week, the Woking sqღuad confirmed the member of its team that had tested positive was no longer showing symptoms of coronavirus, while revealing that the other 14 staff currently observing a self-isolation period are being supported by top McLaren personnel out in Melbourne.
