Ahead of Ferrari’s 1000th grand prix at the Tuscan Gr🐟and Prix, Mick Schumacher - the son of seven-time champion Michael Schumacher - demoed his title-winning Ferrari F2004 at Mugeꦑllo.

Michael Schumacher claimed his seventh and final F1 drivers’ title in the F2004 and it is widely regarded as Ferrari’s greatest ever car, winning🎃 15 of that year’s 18 races – including 12 of the first 13 races that season.

Ferrari celebrates its 1000th F1 grand prix this weekend and it is sporting a retro burgundy livery, as it did in its first raꩵce back in 1950.

Mick drove the F2004 ahead of this afternoon’s Tuscan Grand Prix, which sees Lewis Hamilton start from pole position ahead of Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas and𒈔 Max Verstappen.

Reflecting on ꧑driving his father’s title-winning car from 2004, Mick said: "This was always a drea🐻m for me to drive this car.

“I drove the car at Hockenheim last year but to♑ drive it at Mugello in non-rainy conditions 🔯has been an absolute honour. Thank you to Ferrari for this opportunity."

It's not the firs🗹t time Mick has had the opportunity to drive in one of his𒁃 father's cars, with him running in the 1994 Benetton ahead of the 2017 Belgian Grand Prix. 

Mick currently leads the F🥃ormula 2 drivers’ championship with three rounds remaining, eight points clea🐓r of fellow Ferrari junior Callum Ilott.

He has been heavily tipped for a possible graduation to F1 for 2021, with Alf🎃a Ro൩meo the most likely destination for him.
