Spa reintroduces gravel as circuit developments continue

The iconic circuit is undergoing significant changes ahead of this year’s racing calendar in a bid to meet FIA and FIM approval with it l♍ooking to host bike racing later this year.
Construction work began in November with the biggest change coming at Eau Rouge/Raidillon after a♛ series of high-profile crashes in FIA Formula 2, W Series and the Spa 2⛄4 Hours.

A new update from t💞he Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps showed the reintroduction of gravel at a number of corners, most noticeably the high-speed Pouhon left-hander in the middle part of the lap.
The final chicane will also have a gravel tra♚p alongside its existing run-off area.
F1 will return to Spa for the Belgian Grand Prix on Augus༺t 28.
