2025 will be Stroll’s ninth season in F1 as he par✃tners Fernando Alonso at Aston Martin. The upcoming season is expected to be one where Aston Martin quickly adjust their focuꦏs to next year and the new rules, with Adrian Newey starting work in the first quarter of the year.
For Stroll, it’s much of a muchnes📖s. He continues🃏 to lag behind Alonso for the majority of the season, putting in the occasional good performance.
At just 26, Stroll already has 169 races to his name in F1. He’s been ever-present on the grid since making his debut with Williams in 2017. Stroll famously took his maiden F1 podium fi🧸nish during his rookie campaign, finishing third in a chaotic Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
Despite generally being slower than veteran teammate Felipe Massa, Stroll ended the year well with regular points finishes for🦋 Williams.
2018 was a year to forget for Stroll, with Williams struggling fo𝔍r performance, leaving him to join Racing Point in 2019, coinciding with Lawrence Stroll’s (his father) takeover. 2020 was Stroll’s best season to date, finishing on the podium on two occasions.
In 2021 and 2022, Stroll proved competitive ag😼ainst Sebastian Vettel, although since Alonso’s arrival, the Canadian has rarely shone in terms of results.
