Enzo Fittipaldi graduates to Formula 2 seat with Charouz for rest of 2021 season

Enzo Fittipaldi, the grandson of two-time Formula 1 world champion Emerson, will step up to the Formula 2 championship for the remainder of the season.

The 20-year-old ༺Brazilian, who is the younger brother of Haas F1 reserve Pietro, has secured his graduation with the Charouz Racing System squad with whom he had been competing for in Formula 3.

Fittipaldi will replace David Beckmann as Guilherme Samaia’s new teammate at the Czech team from the next round of the 2021 season at Monza. Beckmann leaves Char🧜ouz despite scoring all its 25 points so far this year.

“I am extremely happy to b🐓e making my debut in the FIA Formula 2 championship,” said Fittipaldi.

“I really want to t🐽hank Charouz Racing System and all my spons𝔉ors for this opportunity.

“We had a very solid first part of the F3 season together and I am looking forward to the next chapter. Monza will be my first time𝐆 in an F2 car and I’m very excited.

“I will have a huge learning curve ahead with 😼a 30min practice and then straight to qualifying but nonetheless I can't wait to get in the car at ༒Monza.

“The goal will be to gain ☂as much experience as possible to get💟 me more prepared for the last F2 rounds.”

Fittipaldi had contested th🏅e first four rounds of the F3 season with Charouz and claimed a best result of second place in Hungary, before he was absent from the last event at Spa-Francorchamps.
