Dragon signs Nico Muller to complete 2019-20 Formula E line-up

Dragon has signed Nico Muller to complete its driver 𒉰line-up for the 20ಞ19-20 FIA Formula E season.

The Audi factory racer, who acted as the German squad’s FE team test and development driver la𒉰st season, will partner ex-Formula 1 driver Brendon Hartley in the team’s revised🐼 line-up for season six.

M🍬uller currently sits second in the 2019 DTM standings heading into the Hockenheim season finale after claiming two victorie𝓀s so far this year.

Dragon has signed Nico Muller to com💦plete its driver line-up for the 2019-20 FIA Formula E season.

The Audi factory racer, who acted as the German squad’s FE team test and development driver last season, will partner ex-Formula 1 driver Brendon Hartley in the team’s revised line-up for season si𝕴x.

Muller currently sits seco🔯nd in the 2019 DTM standings heওading into the Hockenheim season finale after claiming two victories so far this year.

“I have already met and start🌱ed working with most of the team,” Muller s♒aid. “They are an extremely motivated group of racers. They have proven their ability to win races and challenge for podiums in Formula E. They have done it before, and we aim to do it in Season 6.

“We have a big challenge ahead of us,” heꦇ added. “We are an independent manufacturer, and the level of competition in Formula E is the highest in Motorsport, but I have a lot of confidence in the team.

“We have a compact structure, and everyone has a full grasp on the project, so together we will be able to move quickly and optimi✃ze the PENSKE AUTOSPORT pac😼kage.

“I love street racing, and I am looking for🌄ward to lining up against the best guys out there. Formula E is particularly challenging, 🧸especially for a rookie, but I think we have an extremely exciting year ahead of us.

“We are looking forward to competing with these major OEMs, 🍨and I am pumped to be able to put pressure on the big teams right from the ꧃start in Riyadh.”

The 27-year-old Swiss racer will make his FE race debut at the season-opener in Saudi Arabia in November, having h🐓ad previous experience driving for A💙udi during two tests in Marrakesh in 2018 and this year.

He toped𓃲 both aforementioned days of running anꦚd completed a further outing in Ad Diriyah following the opening race of the 2018-19 campaign.
