MotoGP Gossip: Return to Indianapolis in coronavirus reaction plans?

Following the 2020 opening round for Moto2🐻 and Moto3 in Qatar, all attention is back on the remainder of the MotoGP race calendar and what 🦩changes could be made to react to the coronavirus crisis.

Fol♔lowing the 2020 opening round for Moto2 and Moto3 in Qatar, all attention is back on the remainder of the MotoGP race calendar and what changes could be made to react to the coronavirus crisis🎐.

- MotoGP is weighing up a return to Indianapolis amid uncertainty over the Americas MotoGP at Circuit of the Americas following the coronavirus measures taken in Austin. The city is set to ban major spectator events in response to the coronavirus, with Indianapolis pr𝕴oviding a possible alternative venue in the United States. FIM Safety Officer Franco Uncini has confirmed only minor tweaks would be needed to the track which hosted the sport between 2008 and 2015.

- The 2020 MotoGP race calendar shake-up caused by the coronavirus could see extensive changes put in place with FIM President Jorge Viegas suggesting going to tracks not on the calendar but not currently hit by the virus such as Portimao or Estoril, or even runni🍨ng two races at the same tra🔯ck on one weekend.

- As coronavirus measures ban trav🐭el in and out of the whole of Italy, Valentino Rossi and Andrea Dovizioso join ✨other Italian sport stars to promote a health drive on social media ‘#Distantimauniti’ (translates to distant but united).
