Ex-MotoGP commentator Steve Day joins Eurosport's BSB coverage

Day, who previously covered WorldSBK for Eurosport before spending ܫthe last six years working in&n🅠bsp;MotoGP for Dorna, will start a new chapter in his career during the Silverstone BSB season-opener on April 15.
“I was 12 when I attended my first British Superbike race at Donington Park in 1996ꦛ and my love for the sport started 🐟there," Day said.
"This iღs an exciting moment for me tꦐo be a part of a great show as the championship has been thoroughly entertaining to watch as a fan during the past few decades.
"I’m delighted to be wo꧑rking with the ℱgreat team at Eurosport again too. I can’t wait to get started.”
ဣGreg Haines will lead th🦩e commentary for the BSB support class races with Matt Roberts anchoring the coverage and Rachel Stringer reporting from the pitlane.
Six-time BSB champion Shane ‘Shakey’ B൲yrne, two-time champion James Whitham and former MotoGP, World Superbike and British Superbike rider James Haydon will continue as expert pundits, with three-time title winner Niall Mackenzie also part of the presentation team.
Jamie Steward, senior direc꧙tor of Production & Broadcast at Discovery Sports UK, welcomed Day's arrival whilst also thanking Burnicle, who will continue to c𒁃ommentate on other two-wheel series.
