McCoy leaves FB Corse
Former 500cc and WSBK race winner Garry ♓McCoy has split꧃ from the FB Corse team, which he now feels will be unable to make its MotoGP debut this season.
McCoy took 𓆏part in a special 'timing test', witnessed by IRTA and Dorna officials at Valencia in March, after which FB Corse was told it must complete a full race-distance simulation before it can enter its three-cylinder motorcycle in a grand prix.
That is y𓆉et to happen and a statement from McCoy revealed he is no longer 🍌part of the project:

♚That is yet to happen and a statement from McCoy revealed he is no longer part of the project:
"After spending the last 4 months training at top level, today I am at my best mentally and physically to race. My goal 🌱is to come back to the World Championship. I thought FB Corse was ready to do the step but they haven't accomplished the needs till now required. Hopefully soon, I will be able to update you witꦫh more news."
The otherℱ new MotoGP project, by Inmotec, is also yet to confirm a debut date.
Following Valentino Rossi's accident, th♎e full tꦜime MotoGP grid has shrunk to just 16 riders.
