The Factory Yamaha MotoGP Team has made sure the🧸re will be no repeat of the er🌳ror that led to Ben Spies crashing out of the Estoril race earlier this month.
In Portugal, a tool used to temporarily block ♉the fuel overflow pipe on the grid 🦩was accidentally left in place for the race.
The distraction of tryingᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ to remove the tool, which also hampered his braki🔥ng, eventually caused Spies to fall.
As this picture from Le Mans on Sunday shows, it is now impossible for Spies and his mechanics not to notice if the forceps are l🌄eft in place.
