These are the first pictures from Sepang of reigning world champion Valentino Rossi riding a Yamaha M1 fo💛r the first time.
The picꦓtures show (from bottom to top) the Italian talking with crew chief Jerry Burgess, going through his now familiar ritual before stepping onto his new bike and then at speed around the Sepang c﷽ircuit.
The #46 will ride i🍎n Gauloises colours this season, but is testing in an interim black livery at present while the final livery is decided upon.

The mark Rossi and Yไamaha will be aiming for is a 2mins 2.585secs circulation, set by arch-rival Max Biaggi during Honda's test earlier in the week.
