Max Biaggi has become the second rider, after world champion Valentino Rossi, to be dropped to the back of today's Qatar Grand Prix grid after his Camel Honda team was also found guilty of i♈llegally cleaning their grid spot last night.

Rossi was handed a six-second penalty, to be added to his qualifying time, after some of his Gauloises Yamaha team members were apparently seen performing burn-outs on a scooter at the Italia♋n's eigh💝th placed grid slot (see seperate story).

Biaggi has now been given the same pen🌳alty after his team were judged to have washed the Roman's twelfth place grid slot clean.

Because Biaggi🤡 qualified slower than Rossi he will now s𝓡tart 22nd and last with the #46 one place ahead of him. In order to avoid any other rider benefiting from the either of the 'cleaned' grid slots, they are not expected to be used in this afternoon's MotoGP race.

Bꦆiaggi starts the event third in the championship battle, 32-points behind second placed Sete Gibernau and 43-points in front of Alex Bar🐲ros.
