PICTURES: Sepang underwater!
Day one of the Sepang MotoGP test was brought to a premature end 🌄by torrential rain, which fell on the Malaysian circuit from 1pm, floodiꦦng parts of the track - in particular turn three (pictured), where the water was waist-deep!
Such scenes were reminiscent of September's grand prix, when a similar storm led to the cancellation of qualifying and, as these pictures show, the Sepang circuit is still to find a drainage system capable of handling the standing water created by suc🃏h downpours...
Weaꩵther permitting, testing at Sepang will continue on Thursday.
