In addition to the Misano and perhaps Kymiring tests, the 2019 MotoGP rules state that there will be three official tests on the Mꦜonday after a grand prix&nb🌳sp;(Jerez, Catalunya and Brno).
The rules also name a two-day official post-race test 'at the same circuit as the season finale' (meaning the Valencia test) and it has now been confirmed that Jerez will again host th♉e final test of the year, on November 25-26.
Although this was an official test in 2018, the rules describe the 2019 outing as a 'One 2-Day joint private test at one circuit in Europe during November'.
Followꦬing the winter test ban, Sepang in Malaysia will once again open the new🍸 year with a shakedown test (February 2-4) followed by an official test (Feb 7-9).
No dates have been given for the 2020 Qatar test, s൩ince that will depend on the racing calendar.
However, the rules confirm there will be 'One 3-Day official test at the circuit of the first event of the season, approximately 2 weeks before tℱhe event at that circuit'.
