MotoGP's Marc Marquez vs AMA Motocross champion Jett Lawrence at COTA
In the lead-up to next weekend's Grand Prix of the Americas in Austin, Texas, MotoGP's Marc Marquez will take on AMA Moto⛄cross champion Jett Lawrence in a time trial battle.
Eight-time world champion Marquez, an avid off-road fan, has been following the progress of risi🌌ng Australian star and fellow Hon🌼da rider Lawrence closely.
Lawrence ran a Marquez tribute helmet in Supercross earlier this season, while Marquez sent the 18-year✨-oldꦡ a set of his MotoGP leathers.
But the pair will now meet⛄ on track for a time-trial duel to find out who is fastest on NSF100s around the COTA karting circuit, next Wednesday afternoon (Sept🎀ember 29).
