MotoGP's Marc Marquez back on track at Aragon with a CBR600RR

UPDATE: Repsol Honda confirmed to mahbx.com that Marc Marquez was riding on the Aragon karting circuit, not the grand prix track, hence the use of the CBR600 rather than a bigger 1000cc bike.
Marc Marquez has continued his track training ahead of next month's Sepang MotoGP test, this tꦯime with an outing on a CBR600RR at Aragon.
It came just days after Marquez returned to a road racing circuit fo💝r the first time since victory in last October's Misano MotoGP with a Suꦍnday track day at Portimao on an RC213V-S.
That ride confirmed that the eight-time world champion's recovering right eye could withstand the high-speed rigo🐼urs of MotoGP action, following nerve damage and double vision issues in an enduro training accident, clearing the way for a MotoGP return in Malaysia.
"I didn’t have any discomforꦑt with my vision," Marquez said after ꧃Portimao. "Since I haven’t ridden in so long, I did notice some physical areas where I’m missing a little bit but this is just because I have not been able to have my usual pre-season.
"We have two weeks until te⛄sting begins in Sepang so I will take the opportunity to intensify my physical preparation and train on the bike."
Marquez missed the opening two races of last season due to his recovering right arm fracture, then the last two due to the eye problem. In-between he took threeꦓ wins, Honda's only victories since 2019, and four ♏podiums.
