British Speedway will unite in grief following the sad news of Exeter promoter Colin Hill's death. Hill, who has just completed 20 season𓂃s in charge of the Falcons, los🐠t his battle with cancer at 3am on Saturday.

Falcons official Tony Lethbridge said: "This is a very sad day for everyone who knows 💖Colin, he was a very close friend of mine. Even though I was aware of Coli⛄n's illness, this still comes as a massive shock."

"I am told his passing was very peaceful in the Exeter Hospice. Colin kept speedway alive in Exeter for the lꦚast 20-years and he deserves a tremendous amount of credit for that. I think it's fair to say he was always regarded as one of the sport's nice guys."
