Oxford Cheetahs star 𝔉Ales Dryml remains in a 'critical but stable' condition following his horrific acciden📖t during Wednesday night's Elite League match which resulted in him sustaining severe head injuries.

The Czech Republic ri🅘der remains in the IC Unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital, where reports this (Friday) morning indicate that has been no real change in his condition and that he had a 'comfortable' night.

One positive piece of information is that a further scan taken last night has confirmed that Ales has not sustained any serious damage to his ꦑspine, in addition to his other injuries.

Doctors will continue to monitor his progress and are likely to carry out further tests today after analysing the results of last night's scan ꧒in detail.

Meanwhile Ales's younger brother Lukas, a former Oxford Cheetah himself, has asked that his fami♋ly's sincere gratitude to the medical staff at Oxford speedway be made public as their prompt treatment of his stricken brother immediately after the incident proved to be vital. And, similarly, that thanks should be extended to the doctors and staff at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

The Dryml family are also very grateful t🌱o the messages of support they have received from everybody during a very difficult time for them.

Oxford Speedway have, through the club's Official Website, set up a temporary guest book to allow fans and well-wishers🌠 the opportunity to leave a message for Ales. Anyone wishing to leave their thoughts and comments, can do so by going to the following link:

The club will print out the pages and Cheet🌜ahs promoter Aaron L🎐anney will deliver them to the hospital.

Anyone without Internet access can send cards etc to: Ales Dryml, c/o Oxford Speedway, Oxford Stadium, Sandy Lane, Cowley, OXFORD OX4 6LJ and, once again, the club w🍰ill ensure that they are pa𓆏ssed onto the Dryml family.
