Tully is seventh Monarch.
The Scotwaste Monarchs have decided to give local 19 year old rider Andrew Tully his chance in the no. 7 ♛berth of their 2007 side.
It's a chance Andrew has been begging to be given, after a successful multiple tro✤phy-winning campaign with Conference🅠 League Scunthorpe in 2006.
In a way it's a fairytale story because Andrew (born in the Isle of Man, living in Eaꦐst Whitburn) has come right through from being official club mascot with the Monarchs in the late nineties.
