Donington WorldSBK: Davies: Shoulder going in the right direction, but not 100%

Chaz Davies will be a less than 100൩% version of himself this weekend at Donington Park, as he cont💦inues to recover from a shoulder injury suffered at WorldSBK Misano.
Davies goes into his home round looking for an impress🌊ive 100th podium in World Superbikes, putting him alongside Jonathan Rea as the only other current rider to do so, if he achieves it.
Davies has not yet tasted victory at Donington Park, but has secured four podium finishes - all third places, the🌞 last of which came in 2017.
But with the shoulder injury still not where he wants it to be, Davies’ approach is to take ‘each session as ℱit comes’, while saying it can’t be ‘worse’ than Misano.
The Welshman added: "Hopefully it will be a more positive weekend than the last one in Misano, difficult to♊ be worse.
"It has been a tough couple of weeks to be honest; I have been waitin🔯g for a better feel from my shoulder and it's going in the𝕴 right direction, but I need a bit more time to be a 100%.
"We will try to put that at the back of the mind, and with the extra motivation of the 𒈔home race; to be here again with a few spectators back, hopefully it is gonna help me to carry it through the weekend.
"Overall we had some good results her🧜e in the past at Donington, but we will have to take each session as it ♍comes this weekend and try to enjoy it!"
