After exchanging the lead in turns five and six, Toprak Razgatlioglu managed to get the better of 🦄Jonathan Rea, before Michael Rinaldi also got ahead of the Kawas﷽aki rider.

Rea had no answer for Razgatlioglu and Rinaldi, and ⭕was instead overtaken by Scott Reddꦬing on lap three for third.

Razgatlioglu, who was alrℱeady pulling clear of the two Ducati’s, was aided when Redding went past Rinaldi at turn 14.

Things got even better for Razgatlio✤glu with 13 laps remaining as Rea was passed by Andrea Locatelli and Alvaro Bautista.

With just under ten laps to go there was a change for third as Locatelli got ahead of Rinaldi, while Redding closed in behind Razgatli🎉oglu.

The gap between Razgatlioglu and Redding was around four tꦗenths for several laps, before Redding made a move for the lead on lap 17.

Rinaldi began struggling 🐲in the final laps and was passed by Bautista and Rea.

Razgatlioglu regained the lead a lap later, while Bautista also started t💛o pressure Locatelli for the final rostrum place.&💞nbsp;

Just like race one, Locatelli lost third place on the final lap, this time to Bautista🅰, while Razgatlioglu brilliantly held off Redding for the victory.

Race One

🐭Toprak Razgatlioglu produced 🔜a brilliant WorldSBK Jerez race one to better Jonathan Rea en route to victory.

After keeping the lead off the start, Razgatlioglu was relegated to sec💮ond by Rea following a small mistake in sector three.

Michael Rinaldi moved from fifth to third heading into turn one, however, the Ducat𓆏i rider allowed Andrea Locatelli through after running wide at tu🧜rn six.

It was a dreadful opening few laps for Alex Low꧂es as he went from second to P11. Rinaldi suffered a bizarre fall on lap five - turn three and was unable to continue, before Samuele Cavalieri became the second Ducati rider to crash out just moments later.

On lap eight, there was big contaꦡct at the front as Razgatlioglu attempted a late move 🥂on Rea.

The Yamaha rider was unable to get fully alongside Rea and ran into the ba๊ck of the six-time world champion - pushing both riders🐟 wide.

Leandro Mercadꦛo became the third rider to retire after h🤡is handlebar was completely broken on the throttle side.

The gap be🍒tween Rea and Razgatlioglu then stabilised at around six tenths of a second, while Red🐼ding began losing ground on Locatelli for third.

With just seven laps remaining, Razgatlioglu completed a hard but brilliant move on Rea into tur𝓰n one to claim the lead.

It must be said, Rea was very compliant and did well to see 🥀the Yamaha rider coming, as c꧒ontact looked inevitable.

Razgatlioglu then edged away from Rea by a couple of tenths per lap to claim victory and extend his points lead from on𓂃e to six. Redding gained third place off Locatelli on the final lap.

After missing Sat🔥urday’s Superpole qualifying﷽ and FP3 sessions, it has been confirmed that Lucas Mahias will miss the remainder of 2021 due to injury.

Isaac Vinales has chosen not to race today given the tragedy of his cousin, 🐠Dean Berta Vinales, who sadly lost his life yesterday following an accident in the WorldSSP300 race.
