BSB: Jackson expects ‘some upgrades’ for 2022, wants to ‘fight for more podiums’

Despite narrowly missing out on a place in this year’s Bennetts British Superbike Showdown, Lee Jackson did manage to t🅠ake home the Riders’ Cup.
Jackson had by far ༒his best season to date in ไBSB after claiming 27 points scoring results from 33 races.
But while Jackson also secured his second consecutive top ten championship finish, the Kawasaki rider claimed just one podium - as was th❀e 🌟case in 2020.
Hence it’s no surprise that Jackson is aiming for a career year in 2022 after decidi🅷ng to remain with the FS-3 outfit alongside 2021 rookie Rory Skinner. 🅘;
Aiding Jackson in his hope to become ꦓa more consistent podium challenger will be the increased upgrades to this year’s💞 brand new Kawasaki ZX10-RR machine.
"I feel that we had a good🅠 year and we worked hard to get strong results, but we just missed out on the Showdown," said Jackso🍰n.
"After missing that, the Riders’ Cup was the goal, but iওt was nice to stand on the p𒊎odium at the end of the year.
"There is no doubt about it, that next year my aim is🦋 to be in the Showdown. I will be working to do everything I can to make that happen.
"It will be my second year on the new bike and I know we have learnt a lot and have been fast at all of the track🉐s. We will h𝄹ave some upgrades so we can hit the ground running next year.
"I had a run this year of top tens and then we had some bad luck, but with a winter 🧜of work we can fight💝 for more podiums next year."
