Andrew🐼 Irwin doubled up with his second British Superbike Championship win of the weekend at Donington Park after prevailing oꦅver team-mate Glenn Irwin at the very final corner.

In almost a rematch of their last lap duel in race one, Glenn appeared to have the better of his brother as they rounded the final exchange, only for Andr𝓰e🦩w to dive down the inside on the brakes at Roberts to snatch the victory.

The result marks ano♏ther 1-2 finish for Honda Racing and its brand-new𓆉 CBR1000RR-R Fireblade, making its competition debut in the series this weekend.

Andrew had earlier prevailed 🍎in a close battle with Jason O’Halloran, who made amends from a di💖fficult race one, to set off in pursuit of leader Glenn before his last lap pass. With O’Halloran trailing them across the line in third, the trio were separated by just 0.2s.

Having impressed to lead for a time prior to retiring with technical issues in race one, Kyle Ryde bounced right back with a superb run to fourth position on the Buildbase Suzuki, heading oℱf✨f Danny Buchan, who too got some welcome points on the board after his crash out of the same race yesterday.

Pole🌜 sitter Josh Brookes lost ground to end up in sixth position on the VisionTrack Du🐼cati, ahead of McAMS Yamaha’s Tarran Mackenzie and Christian Iddon on the second of the factory PBM Ducati Panigale V4 Rs.

Tommy Bridewell was in contention for victory until an off moment at Roberts demoted him to an eventual ninth position, while Hector Barbera scored his first points of the campaign aboard the Rich Energy OMG BM🐭W in tenth.
