JTR's Tom Wrigley has won the final Porsche Carrera Cup GB race of 2018 at Brands Hatch, while Tio Ellinas secured his first title in the series after beating long-term rival Dino Zamparelli in the seaꦚson decider.

After 15 previous races, Ellinas an🍸d Zamparelli incredibly arrived in🦩to the final round tied on points after the latter of duo spun out of the lead during the opening race earlier in the day.

With Ellinas enjoying the advantage of starting higher up the grid in fifth, the Slidesports Engineering driver only needed to finish ah🌟ead of Zamparelli in order to claim the 2018 title.

Indeed, after avoiding the spinning Micꦫhael Caine at the start of the race, Ellinas immediately jumped straight into third position, while Zamparelli also made good progress from 13t✱h to 7th.

However, despite Ellinas enduring a heart-stopping moment when trying pass Tom Jackson for second position on t✤he sixth lap of the race, Zamparelli was never able to get near to his title rival.

Zamparelli endu𒁏red a frustrating race behind Dan Harper and, despite laps of trying, was unable to move his way past the 👍JTR runner.

The Redline Racing driver eventually had to settle for fifth, while third place for Ellinas was good en💎ough to hand him the title after a fascinating season long tussle between the p🎶air.

Lewis Plato made it 🌞a JTR 1-2 result behind the dominant race two winner Wrigley.

Jackson eventually dropped🐓 to sixth after leading the race early on, while George 🥂Gamble finished in seventh ahead of Pro-Am winner Rory Collingbourne in eighth.

Michael Caine recovered from his opening corner spin to claim ninth as D🌼an Vaughn completed the top-ten order after storming through from the back.

Peter Mangion capped of hiꦓs Am category championship winning year with an🧜other class victory in 12th overall.
