Former Williams and B𝐆enetton engineer Frank Dernie is to return to the Formula 1 scene after joining Toyota in a senior a༒dvisor role.
The experienced Englishman, who has been involved in Formula 1 for over 30 years, will advise the team on aerodynamic and chassis-related matters, although he will not have a factory-based role and is not expected t꧃o attend races frequently.

Dernie will work to help the team improve the 🔴TF107 currently camp🎃aigned by Ralf Schumacher and Jarno Trulli and also aid in the development of the TF108 under the leadership of senior general chassis manager Pascal Vasselon.
