F1: Hartley keeps Toro Rosso seat alongside Gasly for Mexico GP

Brendon Hartley has been chosen over Daniil Kvyat a🉐t Toro Rosso to partnerও Pierre Gasly for the Mexican Grand Prix this weekend.

Hartley subbed in for Gasly, who went to contest the Super Formula championship decider at Suzuka only for it to be cancelled due to a Typhoon hitting Japan, and was unsure of his future at the Italian team having finished his F1 debut 14th at the United States Grand Prix.

Brendon Hartley has been chosen over Daniil Kvyat at Toro Rosso to p🗹artner Pierre Gasly for the Mexican Grand Prix this weekend.

Hartley subbed in for Gasly, who went to contest the Super Formula championship decider at Suzuka only for it to be cancelled due to a Typhoon hitting Japan, and was unsure of his future at the Italian team having finished his F1 debut 14th at the United States Grand Prix.

Kvyat, who was called in as Carlos Sainz Jr’s r🌠eplacement for the US race having been dropped in favour of Gasly since the Malaysia Grand Prix, scored a point on his F1 comeback but it hasn’t been enough to retain his race seat with Hartley being the preferred candidate for Mexico alongside Gasly.

It marks Toro Ross🐈o's third different driver pairings in as many races, while it is also one of the least experiences partnerships with Hartley on one F1 race start and Gasly ♉on two starts.
