Sebastian Vettel has officially started work at the Aston Ma♔rtin Formula 1 team, having spent his first day at the team’s headquarters.

Aston Martin - formerly Racing Point - have been sending faꦓns wild in recent days by teasing content relating to their new signing Vettel, who has jo꧋ined the team at the start of its new era following his exit from Ferrari.

First, Aston Martin posted a short video clip on social media on Tuesday, showing Vettel arriving at th✤e team’s Silveꦯrstone factory in an Aston Martin DBX before he was greeted at the entrance and headed inside.

A further video released♑ on Wednesday showed the four-time world champion completing a seat fit in the team’s 2021 challenger, which is set to be presented to the wo꧑rld at a launch event in March.

Vettel will partner team regular Lance Stroll as the iconic Aston Martin name returns to the F1 grid as a works team for the first time in over 60 ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚyears.

Aston Martin team principal Otmar Szafnauer believes 💧that the pairing of Vettel and Stroll will motivate each other and help push the tea⛄m forward.

“It’s hugely exciting for eve෴ryone in the team,” Szafnauer ✅said.

“In Sebastian, we have a proven fourꦅ-time world champion with experience of helping teams become race-winning and championsh𒀰ip-contending outfits.

“That’s why he is such an important signi✅ng for us. He brౠings a winning mentality and we will all undoubtedly learn a lot from him on this journey.
