UPDATED: Mazepin and Latifi only F1 drivers penalised for yellow flag breach

Nikita Mazepin and Nicholas Latifi have been hit with 30-second time penalties after failing to slow down sufficiently under double-waved yellow flags at the end of Formula 1's Austrian Grand Prix.

A total of eight drivers - Carlos Sainz, Sergio Perez, Daniel Ricciardo, Charles Leclerc, Pierre Gasly, Antonio Giovinazzi, Nicholas Latifi and Nikita Mazepin - were all under investigation for f🌊ailing to respect double-waved yellow flags when Kimi Raikkonen and Sebastian Vettel crashed.

All drivers except Latifi 💦and Mazepin were cleared of any wrongdoing, with the pair handed 30s penalties and three penalty points each.

V🔥ettel and Raikkonen themselves were also summoned to see the stewards for their collision which occurred on the final lap of Sunday’s🐼 race.

Raikkonen was hand🌼ed a drive-through penalty from the stewards for the incident, which was converted to a 20-second time penalty, meaning his final result was unaffected.

The pair - who had been running outside of the top-10 at the time anไd battling over 12th place - tangled at Turn 5 and ended up spearing off into the gravel on the final tour of the 71-lap race.

Double-yellow flags w♎ere waved for the incident, with the aforementioned eight drivers invest🀅igated for failing to slow down sufficiently.

In addition, Williams driver George Russell also saw the stewards in the Spielberg🤪 paddock for allegedly moving under braking in defence against Raikkonen.

The incident was cleared as no further action.
