Formula E reports rapid growth in social media engagement
Formula E has publish꧒ed figures claiming it has enjoyed a significant increase in engagement with its social media channels, particularly among younger motorsport fans.
With Formula E heading into the second half of the 20𒁏17/2018 campaign at this weekend’s inaugural race in Rome, the all-electric series has released figures that it says shows “sustained increase engagement, followers and video views when compared ye🏅ar-on-year”.

With Formula E heading into the second half of the 2017/2018 campai🎶gn at this weekend’s inaugural race in Rome, the all-electric series has released figures that it says shows “sustained increase engagement, followers and video views when compared year-on-year”.
In addition to rising levels of interaction across all age demographics, Formula E has reported aꦦ 347 percent increase in the number of 13-17-year-olds engaging with the digital content published on its social media channels, as well as a rise of 54 percent among 18-24-year-olds.
“The ABB FIA Formula E Championship continues to grow from strength to strength, a✤ttracting a new and younger gen🌜eration of eager and engaged fans,” Formula E CEO Alejandro Agag said.

According to Formula E, th🐭e aforementioned age groups account for 49 percent of en🌠gagement with the content it distributes on its official Facebook account.
On a wider scale, the all-electric championship claims overall engagement with Formula E content has quadrupled in gಞrowth and is up by 330 percent compared with the entire figures for season three.
Figures for Formula E’s Facebook account reveal a 128 percent riseꦓ in followers among 13-17-year-olꦦds, while the 18-24 age bracket has cemented itself as the second largest demographic of followers behind only 25-34-year-olds.
The seri🍨es reports it has now surpassed the one million mark for its combined followers across its social media chanꦇnels, with Instagram boasting a 90 percent rise compared to last year.
