NIO retains Turvey, signs Ma for 2019/20 Formula E season

The rebranded NIO 333 Formula E squad has announced its driver line-up for the 2019/20 campaign, w൲ith Ma Qing Hua partnering team regular Oliver Turvey.

Fresh investment from Shanghai Lisheng Racing has seen ‘333’ ꦉelement added to the Chinese outfit’s name, which will benefit from an enhanced operational collaboration with Lisheng Racing.

NIO made the announcement ahead of the start of pre-season tes🌟ting in Valencia, while also revealing the team’s revised livery des🌼ign for season six.

Fresh investment from Shanghai Lisheng Racing has seen ‘333’ element added to the Chinese outfit’s name, which will benefit from an enhanced operational collaboration 🦄with Lisheng Racing.

NIO made the announcement ahead of the start of pre-season testing in Valencia, while aﷺlso revealing the team’s revisedཧ livery design for season six.

It’s new NIO 005 challenger will be driven by Turvey a🦋nd Ma, who makes his return to FE after a series of appearances for Team Aguri, Techeetah and NIO across season two, season three and season four of th✃e championship.

NIO is looking to bounce back from a disappointing 2018/19 campaign in which it finished🃏 11th and last in the championshღip standings.

The team managed just three points finishes across the se♔ason, all of which were managed by Turvey as teammate Tom Dillmann failed🍌 to register a point.
