MotoGP riders meet Thai Prime Minister

A selection of MotoGP riders have met Thailand Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha during a visit of the cﷺountry’s capital city Bangkok as build up to the second official pre-season test at the Buriram International Circuit.

Johann Zarco (Monster Yamaha Te༺ch 3), Jack Miller (Alma Pramac Racing), Takaaki Nakagami (LCR Honda Idemitsu), Alex Rins and Andrea Iannone (both Suzꦓuki Ecstar) were on hand to introduce MotoGP to Thailand ahead of its maiden round in the country in October.

A selection of MotoGP riders have met Thailand Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha duriജng a visit of the country’s capital city Bangkok as build up to the second official pre-season test at the Buriram International Circuit.

Johann Za𓂃rco (Monster Yamaha Tech 3), Jack Miller (Alma Pramac Racing), Takaaki Nakagami (LCR Honda Idemitsu), Alex Rins and Andrea Iannone (both Suzuki Ecstar) were on hand to introduce MotoGP to Thailand ahead of its maiden round in the co♑untry in October.

MotoGP is gearing up for the second officiꦺal pre-season tesꦓt, the first to be held at Buriram, in preparation for the new Thai round and the 2018 season.

As part of a whistle-stop promotional day, the riders met and exchanged gifts with Thailand Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha and Secretary of Spo🐷rts and Tourism Pongpanu Svetarundra. The MotoGP riders also went for a tour of Wat Arun “Temple of Dawn” in Bangkok and attended a press conference with the loca💮l Thai media. The Riders were also shown a Government House built in 1925 by an Italian architect to resemble the Ca’ d’Oro in Venice.

The MotoGP riders will now No𓂃rtheast of Bangkok to the Chang International Circuit in Buriram for a three-day test o𝄹n February 16-18.

The 2018 MotoGP season gets underway in Qatar on March 16-18, with🌳 the new ✅Thailand round scheduled for October 5-7.
