MotoGP: Marc Marquez extends Honda contract
Reigning൩ MotoGP champion Marc Marquez will remain at Honda until at least the end of 2020.
The Spaniard has removed himself from the rider market by ꦏsigning a new two-year contract extension with HRC.
Marquez won the 125cc champ🌄ionship in 2010, Moto2 title in 2012 and then - after joining Repsol Honda - the MotoGP crown at his first attempt in 2013.
Further titles followed in 2014, 2016 and 2017, making Marquez the youngest rider in history to win four premier-🐻class world championships.

HRC president Yoshishige Nomura added: “I am very pleased that Marc Márquez will continue to ride for our factory team. Márquez has consistently pushed himself to the limit and ma♏tur🐭ed as a rider, and given Honda many titles.
"We were able to announce the c💫ontract renewal at such an early stage due to our mutual trust, and our common passion for racing.
"I am certain that we can provide an environment for him to concentrat♔e on the final tests in Qatar this week and in the lead-up to the opening round, and that w🍷e can start the 2018 season strongly.

Marquez, 25,🌜 joins Yamaha's Maverick Vinales as the only factory team riders confirmed for 2019.
