Sebastian Vettel says he “struggled to find th♍e rhythm” during qualifying for Formula 1’s Br🍎itish Grand Prix.

The Ferrari driver is🍬 set to line-up 10th on the grid for Sunday’s British Grand Prix at Silverstone after struggling for pace throughout qualifying.

Vettel has endured a tough weekend at Silverstone after his Friday practice running was truncated. The four-time world champion was forced to sit out of FP1 altogether after Ferrari detected an engine-related issue, before he was hampered by brake pedal pr𝔍oblems in FP2.

The German’s struggles continued into final practice and qualifying on a day of contrasting fortunes at Ferrari, with his teammate Charles Leclerc taking an impressive fourtܫh amid a difficult start to the season for the Scuderia.

“I struggled to find the rhythm,” Vettel✤ conceded.

“The car was not too bad but it di꧃dn’t fit me today. I was struggling yesterday with very littl🦩e laps and this morning to get into the rhythm.

“Nevertheless, I will try all I can tommorow and we wi🦩ll see what we can get🐬 from it.”

And Vettel is bracing himself for a challenging race after failing༒ to improve his best time in Q3 when he switched to the more-durable🍃 Mediums, meaning he will start on Softs.

“Looking ahead, starting ไon the Soft tyre is not ideal but it is what it is and we have to try and make the most out of it,” he added.

Reigning world champion Lewis Hamilton claimed pole position forꩲ Sunday's British Grand Prix, the fourth round of the delayed 2020 F1 season, which gets underway at 2.10pm BST.
